No – all survey and installation work is carried out by experienced members of the Holwell family and our long serving installation team.
Yes – during your free home visit we bring samples, colour swatches, and brochures so you can see and feel the quality of the materials and finishes available.

We cover Surrey, West Sussex and surrounding villages, typically within a 20-mile radius of Witley/Godalming, including Guildford, Haslemere, Farnham, Liphook, Bordon and the Surrey Hills.
Our experienced surveyor (usually a family member) will accurately measure everything and go through colours, handles, glass options and any other details to ensure everything is exactly as you want it.
Installation time varies depending on the size of the project, but we always complete the work efficiently with minimal disruption and leave your property clean and tidy.
Please clear curtains, blinds and any large furniture away from the windows and doors. We protect all working areas with dust sheets and clean up thoroughly afterwards.
Yes – we remove all old frames and glass and recycle everything responsibly to minimise environmental impact.
Our customers regularly comment on how tidy we leave the site. We use dust sheets, remove all waste and clean each area as we go.
Any problems are covered by our comprehensive 10-year guarantee. Just contact us and we will arrange to put things right as quickly as possible.
We replace misted/failed double glazed units but do not offer a repair service.

A trickle vent is a small slot vent in the top of a window. Since June 2022 most replacement windows require them under building regulations to provide background ventilation. We will discuss the options during your survey.
Yes – all our Upvc double glazing is A-rated as standard, filled with argon gas for excellent thermal performance and compliance with current building regulations.
